Giuseppe pecci

Born in 1989, Giuseppe Pecci graduated in architecture from Sapienza University of Rome cum laude, with a thesis on “Regeneration of the Nanjing, Former International export&Co industrial area” . The project was carried on with the South East University of Nanjing, China. Formerly in 2012 he got a Bachelor degree in "Urban planning Geographic Information System", investigating new processes in city planning. During the academic years he developed and analysed the process of regeneration, reuse, restauretion and relative issues, focused on listed building. He took part in several workshops, both in Italy and abroad: in Spain at Barcellona Tech – Valles school of Architecture ETSAV, and in China at Xi'an University of Architecture and technologies. In 2016 he joined Restart4Smart, a team of students, professors and other experts to take part in the Solar Decathlon Middle East Competition in Dubai. From 2013 he collaborated with different offices in the field of architectural planning, urban planning and interior design. Currently he is collaborating as a freelance architect with ARS Progetti (Mezyad Desert Park Project, Sheikh Abdul Aziz Palace Conservation Plan-Qatar and Muscat tourism Masterplan City) at the department of planning, engineering, and cultural heritage, and with other architecture studies in Rome, also participating to international competitions.
