403030 | Healthy restaurant, Milan
403030 is take away healthy retaurant situated in the heart of Milan. Every dish is balanced following the rule of 40% of carbs, 30% of protein and 30% of fats. Everything inside the restaurant is made used sustainable materials. From recycled steel and plastic till low emission paint and stabilized plants. The concept is to play with colors and geometries and every shape and gradients is always used with same meaning inside the space. The blue grates are always with round pierces and always associated to technological elements, the orange grates always present ssquared holes and they are support for the stabilized plants. The restaurant casing is all black and white, white small tiles with black grout for thee floor and the brand graphicc on the ceiling. Lights are always integrated to the architecture-forniture elements and they are always warm lights.

My name is Giulia and I'm a designer.
I'm currently based in Milan where I work as an set and event designer for Erker Studio.
After the degree in Interior Design at IED Milano I started working for Erker Studio where I worked on architectural projects -for private and public spaces- and events -from product launches to fashion shows - and working as a freelancer collaborating with different companies. In 2021 I participated to the first edition of MM Award, winning the first prize in the Interior Design category with the project Dome Balance.
