Silence Box Product Design Serie
It's all about giving shape to different materials. Playing with a steel box, it comes out a cold metal box, with holes and a warm wooden top.
The same concept is turned into a second, layered product, with a led light which comes out of the holes.
The patterns are always different, generated with a parametrical system that starts from a group of points.
From the geometry, points are drawn onto the bended surfaces and then holes are created onto the faces.
Silence starts with a winter physical condition which suggests different emotions and feelings.
It turns into different seasons, from winter to Summer, with lights and shapes that move and reflect in an organic way.

Architecture and Design is my great passion since I was studying at the technical lyceum.
I have studied Constructions Architecture in Milan, Italy, with a particular interest on urban projects and constructions detailing. Following my passions, I'm working on architectural projects since I'm 20, doing different jobs to gain experience and also fund my studies.
In a design process, I always put my best efforts to mix together many different aspects: research on the concept, materials expression, modeling of shapes and lights, as to reach a suitable result and give to the people the best option.
I really believe that architecture is not an expression of personal style, on the other hand can contribute to create a better living environment for people.
